Inventory & Quality Manager

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
- Manage a group of employees and processes in the area of responsibility,
- Monitoring of warehouse stock and stock quality,
- Preparation and maintenance of the warehouse inventory,
- Cooperation and communication with supporting departments, with warehouse functionaries and contact with the customer,
- Realisation of stock and quality control KPIs,
- Managing complaints,
- Performing other activities assigned by the supervisor.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related position,
- Knowledge and skills in supporting warehouse and logistics processes,
- Category B driving license,
- English knowledge (min B2),
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel),
- Ability to work under pressure,
- Knowledge of a warehouse management system (WMS) is desirable
- Ability to manage a team of employees and to motivate others.
